Regoo.vn provides Affiliate Manager, a local desktop application that helps users prepare product videos, captions, and upload selected content to supported social media platforms.
1. Information We Process
Affiliate Manager may process the following information when the user connects a supported platform account:
- Account identifiers provided by the platform
- Display name, page, channel, or profile information
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens required to access platform APIs
- Video files selected by the user
- Captions, hashtags, titles, and other publishing information entered or generated by the user
- Publishing status and platform response identifiers
2. Local Data Storage
Affiliate Manager is designed as a local-first desktop application.
Application data is primarily stored on the user’s own Windows computer.
OAuth credentials are stored locally and protected using Windows security mechanisms where supported.
Affiliate Manager does not store or request users’ social media account passwords.
3. How We Use Information
Information is used only to provide the requested application functions, including:
- Connecting supported social media accounts
- Preparing captions and publishing information
- Uploading user-selected videos
- Checking upload or publishing status
- Allowing users to manage connected accounts
For TikTok, the application may use the Content Posting API to upload a video selected by the user for manual review and final posting inside TikTok.
Affiliate Manager does not automatically publish TikTok content publicly without user action where the platform flow requires manual completion.
4. Sharing of Information
Regoo.vn does not sell personal information.
Information is shared only with the platform selected by the user when necessary to perform an authorized action, such as uploading a video to TikTok, YouTube, or Facebook.
Platform providers process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
5. Data Retention
Local application data remains on the user’s computer until the user removes it or deletes the relevant project, account connection, or application data.
OAuth credentials may be removed when the user disconnects an account.
6. User Control
Users can:
- Choose which accounts to connect
- Review content before publishing
- Disconnect supported platform accounts
- Delete local application data
- Stop using the application at any time
7. Security
Affiliate Manager uses reasonable local security measures to protect stored credentials and application data.
However, no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Affiliate Manager integrates with third-party platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Use of these platforms is also subject to their respective terms, privacy policies, and API policies.
9. Children
Affiliate Manager is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable social media platforms.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when application features or platform requirements change.
