These Terms of Service govern the use of Affiliate Manager, a local desktop application provided by Regoo.vn for preparing and managing product videos, captions, and publishing workflows.
By using Affiliate Manager, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Application
Affiliate Manager helps users:
- Organize product and video information
- Prepare captions, hashtags, and publishing information
- Connect supported social media accounts
- Upload or publish user-selected content through supported platform APIs
- Manage publishing workflows
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for all content you upload, publish, or distribute through Affiliate Manager.
You must ensure that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or authorization to use and distribute any video, image, audio, text, brand material, or other content.
You must not use Affiliate Manager to publish content that violates applicable law or the rules of the destination platform.
3. Platform Rules
When using Affiliate Manager with TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or other platforms, you must comply with the applicable platform terms, community guidelines, copyright rules, advertising rules, and API policies.
Affiliate Manager does not guarantee that any content will be accepted, published, remain available, or be eligible for recommendation or monetization on any third-party platform.
4. TikTok Upload Workflow
Affiliate Manager may use TikTok’s Content Posting API to upload user-selected videos.
Where TikTok requires manual review or completion, the user is responsible for opening TikTok, reviewing the uploaded content, and completing the posting process.
Affiliate Manager does not bypass TikTok review, approval, login, security, or publishing controls.
5. Account Access
Affiliate Manager uses official authorization methods where supported.
The application does not require users to provide their social media passwords directly to Affiliate Manager.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your connected accounts.
6. Prohibited Use
You must not use Affiliate Manager to:
- Violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
- Publish illegal or unauthorized content
- Circumvent platform access controls
- Evade platform security or enforcement systems
- Perform abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, or spam activity
- Impersonate another person or organization without authorization
7. Availability
Affiliate Manager depends on third-party APIs and services.
Platform providers may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue APIs at any time.
Regoo.vn does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any platform integration.
8. No Guarantee of Publishing Results
Affiliate Manager does not guarantee:
- Successful publication
- Public visibility
- Account reach
- Traffic
- Sales
- Affiliate revenue
- Platform approval
- Monetization eligibility
9. Local Application Data
Affiliate Manager primarily stores application data on the user’s own computer.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important files and data.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Affiliate Manager is provided on an “as is” basis.
Regoo.vn is not responsible for losses resulting from:
- Platform account restrictions
- Content removal
- API changes
- Failed uploads
- Copyright disputes
- Lost revenue
- User misuse of the application

These Terms may be updated when application functionality or platform requirements change.
